The Harry Flatters Rally takes place on 28th July 2013. It is a purely Tarmac Rally using the tarmac roads of the Army Ranges on Mynydd Epynt. The event is organised by Brecon Motor Club and the event is part of the Welsh National Championship, Historic Championship and a round of The King Of Epynt Championship.website : www.breconmotorclub.co.uk
