Normal Meeting
- Approval of minutes of meeting on 18th June 2015.

- BDO Audit – approval by Community Council.
- Highways update –
i. Re point 5 June meeting – Powys re bins, Mr Ian Harris notified that ‘the Waste Awareness Officer has noticed black bags being disposed there and will investigate. Then there should be sufficient room in the original bin’.
ii. Re point 11 viii June meeting – speed issues at Dan Yr Ogof –‘recently carries out speed counts, whilst not excessive along the straight they were a little high on the approach to the bends. Police agreed to carry out enforcement there. A reduction in speed not appropriate due to lack of frontages and the topography of the road. Also a moratorium on Traffic Regulation orders that prevent any changes to speed limits at this time.

- Rospa – inspection notes
- Telephone box – clerk written to adopt
- Hall Transfer – no more news at present from solicitor. Community Council to look at present agreement and draft proposed agreement with the hall committee.

ii. Planning Aid Wales - With funding from Welsh Government and the support of Powys County Council, Planning Aid Wales is running a free planning training workshop for Community and Town Councillors on 4th August at Media Resource Centre, Llandrindod Wells (email June 25th )
iii. Powys – Smoke Free playgrounds (email June 26th)
iv. Powys – changes to recycling depots- Brecon still at Ffrwdgrech and Lower Cwmtwrch is now at Bethel Road, Lower Cwmtwrch, Swansea, SA9 2HW from the 1st July. (email July 1st)
v. Gillian regarding Church Flower Festival – Community Council to do ‘Llandovery’ window nearest the vestry.
