3. Approval of minutes of meeting on 11th August 2016.

5. Highways update – none to date

6. Grant Thornton Audit – nothing to date

7. Planning decisions notification  -

8. Hall transfer –  valuation for the building from CTF acquired, bill of £150 (inc VAT).  Awaiting paperwork from solicitor to sign.

9. Playing field – clerk written initial query on 11th July with regards to grass cutting.  Email received on the 15th July with quote of £682.81 for work.  Clerk email back confirmation on the 22nd July and sent a hard copy on the 14th August.  No response from Powys since and no grass cutting.  Clerk emailed Brian Price and sent a hard copy on the 9th September.

10. Buses – Cllr Dave Howells received an email from Kirsty Williams that she had received from Powys stating that negotiations with Carmarthenshire wasn’t very fruitful but maybe able to provide (with the community councils help and money) send a taxi to join connection in Sennybridge once a week.  Monitoring of use would be essential.

1. Point 10ii Aberpedwar bridge from July meeting clerk had response from Welsh water stating not under their remit and on land registry has no owner.  Clerk in process of contacting Powys.
