1. Point 10i July Mid Wales and West housing contacted clerk and said would remove bin area in the future when work commitments allowed.

2. Point 10ii Aberpedwar bridge, clerk awaiting to hear who to contact.

3. Point 10v clerk had contacted Powys with regards to cutting the grass in the park, had reissued an agreement to pay £682.81 for the rest of the season.
